The latest food hall slated for Denver has announced its tenants.

Junction Food & Drink expects to open in early April at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd., within Lincoln Property Co.’s Colorado Center.

The office-and-retail complex southeast of the I-25/Colorado Boulevard interchange is already home to Dave & Buster’s. BusinessDen reported last spring that the food hall was in the works.

The 10 tenants coming to the 12,220-square-foot food hall are:

Big Wave Taco Shop, a concept from Denver-based TAG Restaurant Group, founded by Chef Troy Guard

+  Bird on a Wire Southern Chick’n, fried chicken sandwiches with sides such as mac & cheese and fried pickles

Ebisu Ramen and Sushi, offering small plates, sushi rolls, sushi bowls and ramen

Grind and Grill Burger, offering “unique twists to traditional burgers.” The restaurant also operates at a food hall.

Lazo Empanadas, which has three locations in the Denver area

Mr. Miner’s Meat and Cheese, which offers sandwiches and charcuterie boards at Golden’s Tributary Food Hall.

Paciugo Gelato, a chain offering gelato and sorbets

Pete’s-A-Pie of Denver, serving chef-driven New Haven-style pizza

Shawarma Shack, offering slow-cooked meats roasted on spits, as well as vegetarian and vegan options

Smok Barbeque, which already operates in RiNo food hall The Source

The tenants were announced by National Food Hall Solutions, a Texas-based company founded in 2018 that operates food halls.

Bird on a Wire, Grind and Grill, and Shawarma Shack all currently operate at National Food Hall Solutions food hall near Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Junction Food & Drink also will feature a 40-foot bar, and a Sonder Coffee & Tea stand, according to a press release. Between indoor and outdoor seating, Junction will be able to accommodate 400 guests.
