Scott Caldwell, Senior Vice President

Scott joined Lincoln Property in early 2001 as Senior Vice President. He is responsible for the overall management of the Denver operations. In addition to management duties, Scott is responsible for office and industrial property acquisitions, and new business development for property management and leasing services. Before joining Lincoln Property Company, Scott spent 9 years as a broker in the office services group of Grubb & Ellis in the Denver, CO office. During that time he was responsible for brokering several million square feet of office space on behalf of his clients. During his 22-year tenure in commercial real estate, Scott has experienced the development, property acquisition, property management, construction management and brokerage perspectives of commercial real estate. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.  Scott remains active in the Denver community, holding a board position with Transportation Solutions and supporting many local charities such as Children’s Hospital, Epilepsy Foundation, Craig Hospital and The First Tee. Mark Dwyer, Vice President Industrial Brokerage

Mark started with Lincoln Property Company in the fall of 2008. Mark has over 15 years of industrial brokerage experience in the Denver market. Focusing not only on LPC’s industrial leasing efforts, Mark also represents both Tenant and Landlords in third party transactions, as well as sellers and buyers. Recently Mark has begun to assist national banks with the disposition of REO assets. Mark’s experience and expertise in industrial real estate has allowed LPC to further expand their real estate services and better understand the industrial market throughout the Front Range. Prior to joining LPC, Mark worked with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. as the Leasing Director responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts of a five million square foot industrial portfolio. Mark spent seven years with CB Richard Ellis/Trammell Crow. He is also a NAIOP Member at NAIOP Community Outreach Committee Board. Mark received a Bachelors degree from the University of Kansas. Mark Homlish, Vice President Office Brokerage

As Vice President of Lincoln Property Company since 2002, Mark’s duties have included office and industrial leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and new business development.With over 17 years in the commercial real estate business, Mark has negotiated leases and sales with hundreds of companies and worked on a wide variety of transactions. Mark spent his early years working as a broker for Buell & Company, as General Manager for CMD Realty Investors and as a broker with Colliers International, all in Denver. During that time, he was responsible for office leasing and investment sales in excess of 2.5 million square feet throughout the Denver area.Mark holds a degree in business with an emphasis in real estate and construction management from The University of Denver where he was an All-American swimmer. He has been involved in various civic organizations including co-captain for Team Research Rider’s – a commercial real estate cycling team established to benefit Children’s Hospital and on the regional advisory board for the Salvation Army. Giles Conway, Vice President

Giles started with Lincoln Property Company in July of 2014. He has over 10 years of industrial, multifamily and mixed-use experience in the Denver market and along the Front Range, and has completed over $200 million dollars of lease and sale transactions on behalf of his clients. He has been an investor, broker, analyst and asset manager while handling the acquisition, management and disposition of multiple investment properties. He has also been involved in a variety of real estate projects including commercial property entitlement, site selection for Institutional Multi-Family developers and sale/lease analysis/negotiations. Giles understands the business and can help his clients through the complexities of a commercial real estate transaction. Prior to joining LPC, Giles was a Vice President at Willis of Colorado and was the managing broker at Conway Real Estate, LLC. Giles holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has served as a board member for the CCIM Colorado Chapter. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Colorado. Gregg Barker, Director of Management Services

In January 2015 Gregg Barker joined the Lincoln Property Company team in the new role as Director of Management Services. As a part of his new role, he will oversee the property management group and assist in business development across all service lines in Metro Denver. Gregg has over 25 years of broad experience in commercial real estate, sales, operations, marketing, and P&L management. Previous to LPC, Gregg was the Vice President – Western Region for MAVDevelopment. Prior to moving to Denver in 2009 from Birmingham, MI, he was Executive Vice President/Principal for a medium sized developer/owner-operator of office, industrial and medical properties. He was responsible for the P&L, leasing, management and investor relations of the 1.5 million sf/24 project portfolio. He participated in over 550 lease transactions and also created a tenant representation company to compliment the already established lines of business. Gregg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington and was awarded the Ernest B. Michelle Kelley, Property Manager

Michelle joined Lincoln Property Company in 2006 as Property Manager of Colorado Center. Before joining Lincoln, Michelle spent seven years as the Assistant Property Manager for Westfield Property Services, LLLP overseeing the Westmoor Technology Park in Westminster, Colorado. Naomi Caughey, Property Manager

Naomi joined LPC Denver in late 2013. With over 20 years of experience managing a variety of commercial properties, including high rise offices, class A mid-rise medical offices, and industrial properties for local, national and institutional clients, Naomi is able to provide valuable guidance to clients on operations and property direction. Over the years, she has worked as a commercial property manager and broker, overseeing numerous tenant and building improvement projects and renovations. Tamara Varney, Assistant Property Manager

Tamara joined Lincoln Property Company in the spring of 2011 as the Tenant Services Coordinator.  Since starting with LPC, she has transitioned to an Assistant Property Manager primarily for Colorado Center in addition to the entire LPC Denver office and industrial portfolio consisting of approximately 3 million SF. Brittany Omansky, Marketing Manager

Brittany joined the Lincoln team in January 2014 as the Tenant Services Coordinator and has since moved into marketing. She graduated from Colorado Christian University with a B.A. in Communication and has worked at a public relations firm in her hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, as well as the sales department of a Denver hotel where she was in charge of social media marketing. As the Marketing Manager, Brittany is responsible for assisting the brokerage team, processing leases, managing the LPC website, and developing/managing marketing campaigns for all of the properties. Vanessa Smith, Property Administrator

Vanessa joined Lincoln Property Company in September 2014 as a Property Administrator. She brings with her an extensive administrative background in the residential real estate industry that is helpful to her role now. Sara Driscoll, Tenant Services Coordinator

Sara joined Lincoln Property Company in November 2014 as Tenant Services Coordinator. She brings 7 years of customer service in the retail and healthcare industries. The knowledge and experience she gained has proved vital to ensure overall satisfaction for the various tenants. Rob Perella, Construction Manager

Rob came to Lincoln in the fall of 2013. Growing up in a construction family exposed him to the ins and outs of the industry. He finished coursework in Interior Design at the University of Massachusetts and in Construction Management at Colorado State University. At LPC Denver, Rob oversees all tenant improvement projects – from the smallest suites to entire floors. He works together with the tenant throughout the whole process – getting designs from architects, gathering bids from general contractors, composing a timeline and budget – all to deliver the space in a timely manner. His varied experiences and endeavors as a small business owner give him an understanding of what each tenant is going through. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and his twin sons, Matthew and Christopher. He also coaches and plays lacrosse and is a member of the CSU Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
